unique outdoor space
The goal of this project was to transform a standard spec house with basic landscaping into a unique outdoor space with custom flair. We installed a comprehensive drainage system to direct downspout water away from the house, ensuring proper water management.
An irrigation system was added to support the new lawn and planting beds, along with a separate irrigation zone for the artificial turf—allowing the homeowner to easily wash down the area after their dog enjoyed the space.
To enhance outdoor living, we extended the existing deck with a paver patio and incorporated several detail-oriented features that brought the entire landscape design together beautifully.
