Initial Conversation & Discovery

We want to learn all about what you have in mind for your project and make sure we are a good fit to build what you have in mind. We will schedule a phone call where we set aside dedicated time to talk through what your goals are for your project. We want to know what your wish list is, when you are hoping for construction to happen, and a budget range you will allocate to meet the needs of your project. Site Visit/Design Determination

We will schedule a site visit to take measurements and view any site restrictions that may affect the project details. We will verify if a design is going to be required to move forward with the proposal phase to make sure that everyone is agreeable on what work is going to take place.

Proposal Submission

With site information and any design work approved, we will submit a proposal for work to be completed. All of our proposal correspondence is done electronically.Once you are ready, you can approve your proposal work areas through our electronic software which will allow us to begin scheduling the work!

Construction and Transformation

We will be in communication with you regarding the estimated timeline to begin construction on your project. Our timelines must be kept to approximations as weather adjustments are unavoidable in the landscape and hardscape industry in Whatcom County. Once we begin on your project we will see it through to completion and make sure you are fully satisfied with your new outdoor living space!
