Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Landscaping & Design Questions
We know you may have questions as you start planning your project, so we’ve put together a list of the most common ones we receive!
How do I choose the right landscape company?
When choosing a landscape or hardscape company, it's essential to work with qualified professionals who understand the complexities of your project. Take the time to review their past work and pay attention to their depth of knowledge as you discuss your vision. A skilled team will not only showcase experience but also provide valuable insights to ensure a successful outcome.
Which is cheaper, concrete or pavers?
Concrete is almost always the more affordable upfront option for patios and walkways. However, pavers offer a much higher lifetime value due to their durability, flexibility, and ease of replacement if issues arise. Unlike concrete, which can crack and require costly repairs, individual pavers can be replaced without disrupting the entire surface. Plus, pavers offer endless customization options to match your style and outdoor space.
What is a healthy landscaping budget?
Selecting a landscape budget can be difficult so we have created a project planning page to help you get started!
Can landscaping increase my home's property value?
Yes, landscaping can significantly increase your home's value. Well-designed landscaping enhances curb appeal, making a strong first impression on potential buyers. Studies suggest that high-quality landscaping can increase a home's resale value by 10-20%.
Is Premier Landscape Company licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes, we carry all necessary licensure requirements and are fully insured to handle all of the projects we accept.
What payment methods are accepted?
Most of our clients prefer using our secure ACH bank transfer method for its ease and convenience. However, we also accept checks if that works better for you. Our goal is to make the payment process as smooth as possible for every client.
How far in advance should I book my landscaping project?
To ensure your outdoor project is ready for the spring season, it’s best to contact us early in the planning phase. Our team is often booked several months in advance, so reaching out in December or January gives us ample time to accommodate your project and deliver exceptional results. Early planning allows us to execute your vision and have your outdoor space ready to enjoy when the season arrives.
